Hemos pasado unos días estupendo en el apartamento de José y Ana. El complejo es fantástico seas adicto al golf o no. Cerca de calas de película, las instalaciones son magníficas y bien cuidadas . El apartamento está muy limpio, decorado con gusto y dispone de todo lo necesario, Tiene una terraza grande con barbacoa . Muy, muy recomendable. Gracias José y Ana

En premier lieu, je tiens à remercier Ana et José, qui m'ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité. Ensuite, je tiens à dire haut et fort, que nous avons passé de très très agréables moments dans leur appartement, mes deux ados et moi-même ! La vie y est tout simplement simple et douce ! Non seulement il est très bien conçu et fonctionnel, mais en plus décoré avec beaucoup de goût, qualité et modernité ! Il est parfaitement meublé, doté d'une chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un grand lit, d'une cuisine très bien équipée où c'est un plaisir de cuisiner avec fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse, une SDB bien agencée avec douche, vasque, toilettes et machine à laver, un salon très agréable avec canapé lit dont le couchage est bon (mon fils de 17 ans y fut très à l'aise) et une climatisation performante pour ceux qui n'aiment pas la chaleur. À tout ceci se rajoute cette merveilleuse terrasse, courant le long de deux côtés de l'appartement, offrant une belle vue sur le parc et la piscine ( permettant une surveillance facile des enfants en âge de nager ), où l'on trouve un grand coin repas, des chaises longues, un BBQ extra, des chaises-hamacs accrochées au toît, parfaites pour les moments calmes des enfants...le tout sans vis à vis (puisqu'au dernier étage) et entouré d'arbres splendides ! Nous y avons passé des heures ! Pour finir, la résidence est très belle, avec ses bâtisses blanches rappelant l'habitat typique de l'Algarve, ses nombreux arbres et plantes fleuries. Très calme, elle est fréquentée par des familles, des joueurs de golf, et des vacanciers respectueux de la tranquillité de chacun ! Enfin, cette résidence est très bien située géographiquement, entre plages et lieux touristiques, petites routes et autoroutes, rendant les déplacements très faciles... Bref, une perle ! Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Great Location Resort.
This house near in Santa Eulalia on the outskirts of Albufeira is perfect for a family summer holiday with children. The whole resort is catered to families and its facilities include numerous pools. The room size 65m2 more 30m2 private terrace is fantastic and everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Central Albufeira is a 20 minute walk either way from the hotel takes you to larger supermarkets and local precincts with a good range of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this house resort to anybody looking for a children friendly holiday in the sun.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage!

Wir hatten das Glück, die wunderschöne Wohnung zur besten Jahreszeit zu besuchen - im Mai waren die Touristenmassen noch nicht überall und allgegenwärtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich auf dem Gelände des Balaia Golf Village Resorts. Toll waren auch der riesige Balkon mit Sitzecke und Liegestühlen und einem schönen Blick auf den Pool. Ebenfalls gab es einen Ofen, auf dem man grillen kann. Man darf sich auf dem Gelände des Resorts frei bewegen und Einrichtungen wie den Pool kostenlos nutzen. Tennisplätze und Golf kosten natürlich extra. Der Ort Olhos d'Agua ist ca. 4 km vom sehr touristischen Albufeira entfernt und vergleichsweise ruhig (in der Nebensaison). Die nächstgelegenen Strände sind ca. 500 m bzw. ca. 900 m von der Anlage entfernt. Auch der Kontakt zu dem Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein toller Ort, an dem wir es auch noch deutlich länger als 8 Tage ausgehalten hätten!

Sunny Terrace, Delightful well equipped apartment.

Ana and her family were very welcoming and showed us around, we had a wonderful time and felt very at home there. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was spotless, bright and modern. We enjoyed the big terrace area which is surrounded by trees and feels very private. Love the fact the best pool at Balaia Golf Village (there are 7) is a stone throws away, so easy to pop up and down if you forget something, they also have a children’s pool area less than a minutes walk. Balaia has great facilities, Golf course, Tennis courts, restaurants, a supermarket as well as a pharmacy, its grounds are beautifully set out, with meandering paths, followed by flowers and trees everywhere. We decided against hiring a car as within 10 minutes walk there are two sandy beaches and endless restaurants plus a large supermarket and cafe. We caught Balaia's mini bus into the old town of Albufeira (10 mins)for the day, otherwise you can catch the local bus or a cab. Would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back, Thanks Ana

He had an excellent family holiday and definitely will be returning. This really is a very lovely homely villa, nicely private, clean, friendly staff, with well manicured gardens, various pools to choose from, with children`s pools too. With very good golf course and beautiful surroundings, well maintained. The apartment is well equipped and very well situated, with air conditioning, wifi, dvd and tv with plenty of channels, nice and big patio area, shaded most of the day, which was good for us due to having little ones. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed and the owners were very nice and friendly.

We have just come back from a fabulous weeks holiday. The apartment was beautiful and Ana was a great host. The resort is fantastic, perfect for families with lots of pools and a gorgeous beach within walking distance. The apartment was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. A particular favourite of ours was the terrace, which is spacious and perfect for eating breakfast and lunch, not to mention relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Ana couldn't have been more helpful, she was super responsive and wonderfully welcoming when we arrived. We had a brilliant time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone considering a family holiday.
